For those guests who purchased the upgrade they will enter they will enter the 911 Museum through the group entrance to save time. The visit is unguided so the guests can spend as long as they like inside.

We did this tour with guide, Tim Douglas, who was very knowlegable, intersting and high energy (but not in an obnoxious way!). He was very inclusive taking time to ensure that everyone's needs were met and that all of our questions were answered. The content of the tour itself I found to be a little on the "light" side but that might be because I've been immersed in 20th anniversary 9/11 documentaries for the past month or so but Tim had some really interesting facts to share and he really knows NYC! I would love to do a "Hidden New York" tour with him - I'll bet he has a million stories to tell that would be fascinating! Plus, his ability to instantly remember everyone's name was very impressive! Thanks for a great morning, Tim!

Tim was a terrific tour guide, weaving in personal stories and little known facts throughout. We left feeling more emotional about the attacks than when we arrived thanks to Tim's highly personal touch and his deep compassion.

What an amazing experience. Our tour guide Brian was amazing and even told us his first hand experience with 9/11. It was incredible to hear the stories and see the sites first hand with a knowledgeable source.
