I booked my transfer, received confirmation and all, arrived at airport and didn’t get a call or any communication. When I contacted the vendor they said they didn’t get anything for my reservation even though I chatted with them via email before arriving. Not only that, after requesting a refund, they claimed I put in wrong dates when all my confirmation emails and the ticket shows differently.

I'm so sorry for this sir. We received your mail for a 5am flight, and we replied that you should choose the night option but there is no answer, so we did not arrange a vehicle.
