• We do NOT meet at the 9/11 Memorial. Tour meets OUTSIDE the Broadway entrance to Saint Paul's Chapel (209 Broadway between Fulton & Vesey Streets)
• Your guide will be there 10 minutes before your tour and will be holding and orange flag
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU MISS YOUR TOUR
• You will go through airport style security checks at both the 911 Museum and One World Observatory, so please be advised that some items are not allowed

St. Paul's Chapel

We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York City’s oldest public building still in continuous use.

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum

You'll enter the 9/11 Memorial, where you can pay your respects to those who lost their lives in the World Trade Center.

One World Observatory

End your day with a trip to the top of the tallest observatory in the Western Hemisphere.

John provides a brilliant insight into what it felt like to experience that day , drawing upon his personal experiences which brings great authenticity to the “ experience “ from a visitor’s perspective . His honest account of how it affected him personally made John the ideal person to do the tour with , and by the time you get to the memorial site , it draws upon everyone’s emotions and empathy for all those who lived through the experience , both the people that died on that fatal day and their families & friends that still live with that legacy

Benoit was an amazing and enthusiastic tour guide who seemed very passionate about sharing the 9/11 information with us. I really appreciated his ability to convey the information in a meaningful way (even with pictures to accompany the tour!)
