So I went along and got the private sedan option. My driver Rene initially was nice but eventually got really unprofessional. There was a point where he started cussing out another driver who cut him off; and then Rene decided to retaliate and drive and speed to cut the other off shenanigans. I'm not used to that so I got a bit scared and started telling my driver to calm down. I didn't feel "safe" driving with him after that. my experience got ruined by him.

Called for pick up and they had no record of our transaction. Gave booking and confirmation number and they said not only did they not have any record but they said the numbers didn't match their records. Then told me to call back when their dispatcher was in. What? Seriously! Total SCAM!

Avoid this service at all costs, its shambolic and they just don’t care. Had booked a transfer from JFK to manhattan. The website mentioned a driver is assigned after we arrived. Waiting on call for 45 mins only to be informed that the booking was never even confirmed in the first place. Disgraceful. Have asked for a refund and am waiting, not optimistic though.
