We arrived at the airport and no one was there to pick us up. We called the company and nobody answered we listened to the please hold recording for 30 mins. I ended up calling an 2 ubers to get all 7 of us to the hotel. This company stole my money do not use them. They literally stole my money almost $200 dollars.

I reserved a 12 seater van to transport the family of 9 from JFK to Queens on 07/10/2021 @ 2:15AM. They told me that the driver will txt me after we arrive in JFK ~1:15AM. I didn't receive a txt and when I called the main #, it went to VM due to outside of office hrs. I waited until 2:45AM to see if the Van is going to show up. Basically, we were left in the airport to figure out our transportation. Finally, we decided to get into a 3 Yellow cabs and go to Queans. Next day, when I called the office, the guy said that "no one was assigned to pickup for the reservation." I will never reserve a transportation with GO Airlink NYC. I used metro line cars to return back to JFK and everything went well with them.

Our flight was delayed because of weather—not their fault. I called the phone number provided as contact while sitting on the runway (prior to departure) only to find that it was not a 24 hr number and it was after closing time. I tried chatting on Viator as well, but did not receive a reply. I had no other way to contact the company, and after landing at the airport and getting no response, we secured alternate transportation. It was not until I requested a refund through Viator that the company began contacting me—at 2:55 am, when my flight landed at 1:45. Who is going to wait around for an additional 70 minutes when I had no guarantee that they would ever contact me? There were never any instructions about where to meet or what kind of vehicle—not until 2:55 am. I booked this service for the security of knowing that I would have travel pre-arranged, only to pay $155 and then pay $80 for an Uber when they didn’t communicate. I will be disputing with my credit card company.
