I booked this transportation thru supper shuttle the reservation as with go airlink- we arrived in Newark with Fast pick up. Driver very nice and professional and van very comfortable. Our return trip was from or Manhattan Hotel to JFK the driver was early and we appreciated that as there was a lot of traffic. He knew the back roads which shortened our ride which we also appreciated---We had 6 coming in and out going out. Vans very comfortable and plenty of luggage space. I highly recommend this service. I did a lot of research before booking and I realize everyone is short handed. We had no issues with this service

The driver Was late, we waited 45 min for the driver, and when i called the operator i spent like 15 min on the phone Before they Found my booking
