Our meet and greet man- Richie was great, unfortunately our flight was delayed arriving, but Richie was still waiting for us, thank you. However the SUV vehicle I ordered was not. Ended up with just a standard car, very disappointed. Won’t be using this company again.

Driver was not inside the terminal to meet us. Had to make a phonecall to ask for any info on our transfer. Got the impression that they were not expecting us.

Amazing service! The greeter was waiting with a sign. Helped us with the 15 suitcases we had and got us to the driver. The driver was also amazing. Very friendly and helped us a lot with the huge load we had we us. All and all the best experience we had with transportation in NYC.
