Poor! Over-priced! Avoid! Booked for a seamless transfer - after almost 2 hrs in borders queue the dispatcher had gone home and the phone line to find our car did not pick up. It took hours for the SUV to arrive. A cab would be better. Don’t bother with this company - there is no customer service at all!

The driver was not at the EWR air port. We had to make a lot of calls and finally you got a extra driver and we had to wait for 1 hour until he arrived the air port. I payed for “pick up” with name at terminal B. Really bad !!!

Very good service, especially as we had a 2.5hr wait to get through passport control. They kept in touch, we’re fully flexible with timings and very helpful
