Website directions are wrong. There is no ground transportation desk. There is no man in a red jacket. There is no sign to tell me what floor to wait on at the airport. Called twice was told to wait ten more minutes. Still no driver.

When we arrived at the JFK area for ground travel, we were surrounded by people going every direction. It was quite frightening!! A simple call to number found in my email assured that we connected to the right driver. I was given driver’s name (Abraham) & transferred from dispatcher to driver. He talked to me until we could meet. We felt safe and confident that this reservation was best for us!!

Our flight came in after midnight, luggage got in late didn’t end up getting out till 1:30 am, the driver was right there outside the baggage claim!! And to top it all, the street for our hotel, Intercontinental Time Square was closed off for some police activity, he helped got the hotel staff and helped with the bags. He was just a great help. I am bummed that I am not able to remember his name, but I know is from Trinidad! He is a great asset to your company! Thank you!
