Viator is a 3rd party, a.k.a. "middle man". After providing details, address, time and confirming multiple times... the ride never showed and when I called there was no record even though I had a confirmation and booking number.

Our driver from Manhatten hotel to LaGuardia airport got us there on time. We were at hotel ready for pick-up at appointed time, but he claimed to have been sitting there for nearly 1.5 hours waiting. He was rude and made it clear that he was displeased with us. We were on time and had to search for him. It's a shame because our transfer from LaGuardia to Manhatten hotel a week earlier was such a joy that that driver got a BIG tip!

My husband and I booked "My Sedan" for both our arrival and departure transportation and we couldn't have been any happier and stress-free! We were easily confirmed by both email and phone and our driver, Mohamed, was punctual and came into the hotel lobby to collect us and our bags. We were transported in an extremely clean and roomy SUV . I was a little taken aback by the early pick-up time but with the traffic, the airport construction and,honestly, a couple of missed exits by our driver, it was great they picked us up at 12:30 for a 4:30 flight! We didn't feel rushed or stressed at all, and that is why we hire a car service! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone traveling to NYC! Made our trip completely stress-free!
