Phoned in the morning to confirm pick up at garage of Waldorf Astoria at 4.00pm.
We were there at 3.45pm. Frank K and Toro from Waldorf had to phone at least three times. Company said driver had been there since 3.30pm!!! Eventually, Toro found the driver and car waiting at the front of hotel. Young Indian driver from Punjab, had only been in NYC for three years, had thought pickup was at front of hotel, when it stated Garage on 50th Street on booking.
Had been in a panic, but thankfully we got to airport in time for our flight, albeit drop off not premier access!

Pickup from LGA on arrival and from hotel on the way home was right on time. Communication/status was good. This is the only way to go.
