Our drver arrived on time and helped us with our bags but he was grumpy and did not speak at all. On arrival at the airport he complained that we had not given him a tip. This was a surprise as the booking included gratuities. We told him that it was inlcuded he was clearly not happy. However our transfer from the airport to the city was a completely difference experience and I gave that 5 stars.

The vehicle turned out to be a large SUV - lots of room and very comfortable. Arrived as requested at 14.30 on the dot! The driver was extremely sociable and we chatted throughout the trip to JFK, he also unloaded our bags.
This facility is well worth the extra 's over a taxi and takes all the stress out of getting to the airport.

Yes was great but just a couple of things that would make it top rate! When we came out of the arrivals the lady with our names on wasn't there so we were looking around for her!
On the way home the car was early but we didn't know he was there until 10 minutes after time of pick up.
