Paul the phone rep. was superb. He handled last minute changes flawlessly. Additionally, our driver was on time, courteous and polite. I couldn't ask for any more.

No one was in view to meet us when we arrived at baggage. I called the number on the voucher to say we had arrived. The dispatcher said he would contact the driver to pick us up. Then a young woman appeared who said she was at baggage claim to meet us. If she were, and had a readable sign, I don't see how we could have missed her. But back to the car and when it finally arrived. We waited 45 minutes for the car. During the wait, the woman made multiple calls to the driver to find out the delay. All I heard was he is on the way and that traffic is bad. Fine, understood. But he should have been there 45 minutes prior, not working his way through traffic now.. Once we were in the car, all was well. The service, with the exception of the arrival experience was excellent. On the return to LGA from hte times square area hotel. everything was as it should be. The dispatcher called, gave me the number and make of vehicle, and when we exited the hotel he was waiting.
Yes I would use this company again but with a lot more upfront information about what to expect upon arriving at the airport. This time everyone involved seemed clueless.
