Driver actually arrived early, in a very clean car. We were at the airport in plenty of time to catch the flight. Finished the holiday in style.

We did not have a tour. Just three transfers. The first transfer from La Guardia to JFK took over an hour for the car to come pick us up, even though I had booked and re confirmed twice in advance. The second transfer from JFK to Manhattan was just fine, as the contact was waiting for us with our name on his card as soon as we exited customs and immigration. Our third transfer, from Manhattan to La Guardia was also fine. The driver was early and they sent us a voicemail with the number of the car we should look for outside our hotel. So I guess for New York City, two out of three isn't bad.
