The driver on the way from Newark airport to the hotel in Manhattan, charged us 22$ for toll and 11$ in tip. That was the first thing he said we we got into the car. The car was low-class. The driver we got from the hotel to the airport, was so classy, had a suit and drove a Lexus. He said that all the fees is included when I pre-paid. So we got deceived by the first driver.

They went to the wrong hotel and tried to tell me my hotel didn’t exist. I had to call an Uber at the last minute, which arrived in minutes and was cheaper. They are good for tours, not car service. The mistake happened because they are a third party. Don’t do it!!
