This time they turned up on time. When we arrived in New York at JFK airport, they did not turn up at all and tried to blame us that we gave them the wrong information, which in fact we certainly did not. I would not recommend using this company, disappointing to deal with and unreliable. Cheaper to get a cab from the airport to your hotel.
