This was an excellent service. The car was nearly new, and the driver very nice. We were being picked up early New Years Day, and the entry to our accommodation was closed by street works. So we arrived at the agreed pick up location early just in case of any problems, and the vehicle was there already - quite impressive. Will use again.

This driver does not deserve one star but the star rating is required. He deserves minus stars. This was one of the scariest rides of my life. I was almost crying in the back seat of the car. Throughout the drive the driver was cutting people off and getting honked at by other cars. When I wasn't scared I was embarrassed to be in a car that was so rude and unsafe to other drivers. His driving was so erratic that I became car sick at one point and tried to roll down my window a bit to get some air. When I went to roll it down it was locked so I asked the driver to unlock my window. He asked me why I wanted to roll my window down and I told him to be honest that I was afraid. I thought the driver might slow down some, stop cutting people off and not drive 85 down the icy freeway after that. He did not change one thing and did not apologize. I think this driver is dangerous and is not respoonsive to customers. If I knew that you were keeping him on as a driver I would never use your service again. It was a very different experience from the day we got picked up by the first driver.

Friendly greeter met us at JFk and helped us reclaim our baggage. He then introduced us to our driver who was polite and courteous throughout.
