Our experience was a pleasant one, coming into a city the size of New York can be alittle intimidating and seeing someone standing there with my name and a smiling face to pick me and my party up at the airport was great. Our driver was very friendly and professional, he never was on a phone he directed his full attention to us and his driving.I would use a private pickup again, the only reason I gave a four star rating instead of five is because everyone can be alittle better.

Excellent met by your driver at the appointe time to go to the airport. Driver was very good polite and courteous, despite traffic queues to JFK the driver was able to get us to theairport in time to complete our book in and catch our flight
