This time I found them it took a while but their were so many people and they took me to an area to wait but not to to long. And then a vehicle arrived and it took me straight to my destination so all went pretty well.

This was a total shambles - No representative meeting and greeting as per instructions
It took 2 phone calls to the office to track him down - finally got the transfer 45 minutes later than booked after waiting in the cold.
Would not recommend or use this company again.

Alberto our driver was on-time and did everything legally possible to get us to JFK airport on-time and we made our flight!
