Hector picked us up in a very well maintained SUV, as planned at the NCL Pier. He was very professional, dressed in a suit, and courteous. His driving was very good, unlike the driver we had going from the airport to the hotel. The Viator contact phone number provided was very helpful! The operator stayed on the phone until we made contact with our driver, Hector. Hector got us to the airport in a timely manner and we were able to connect with our flight, with plenty of time to spare. We would highly recommend this service!

The transfer went smoothly. I phoned the number upon disembarking the ship, and the driver arrived within 5 to 7 minutes. We scheduled pick-up for 8:30, but driver was told 9 am. So phone call helped get driver there promptly. I had sent an email from the cruise ship reminding them of the 8:30 pick-up.
