Tour arrangements postponed by one day due to inclement weather. Tour organizers very accommodating. Inclusion of ferry journey past Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty a bonus.

After disembarking from our ship and passing thru customs our porter took us outside where people meet their drivers. We were early and had to wait for the other couple to join us but at exactly 10:00am our driver arrived. He was very courteous and put all our luggage in the vehicle for our trip to Newark Liberty Airport where we were to rent a car from Avis.Unfortunately the address given us was not in the GPS and not accustomed to renting cars we were unaware that we should proceed to rental returns to rent a car so we spent quite a while driving around before we learned we should proceed to rental returns to rent a car, which we had reserved.Our driver couldn't have been more helpful and understanding thru all of this. Sorry we didn't get his name but he should be commended.
Now that we have used VIATOR and see what type of service you provide you can be sure we will use you again,not just for a pickup but for all the other services you offer. Thank You.
