Make sure the limo supplier has your order from Viator before arrival. We arrived and nobody was waiting for us. Called the limo company and the had just gotten our order so had to wait for the driver to arrive. Awesome job once they arrived. Very clean vehicle and cordial driver. Talked just enough. Didn’t push to talk the entire time. Would recommend.

Our driver communicated with us the day prior and kept tabs on our arrival which was paramount since our flight was delayed several times and cancelled till the next day. When we arrived he was awaiting to help us get to our destination.

Our driver Ed was great. Was right there to greet us. Don in the office was helpful. Glad I checked with him the day before though because our reservation was not sent to him from Viator.
