I arrived at airport In Buffalo NY expecting to find my name with a driver but no one was there. It was midnight I had to get a taxi to Canada. I called the car service they told me they never received my reservation from Viator. They offer to pick me up but would be another 40mins. I had waited long enough I just wanted to get to Canada.
