Probably the driver not showing up. After 2 calls to the dispatcher we took a cab. Cheaper and just as good.

We are sorry we were unable pick you up, working on a border sometimes they get backed up, or they randomly pull your driver for a inspection. This happened and caused your driver to be delayed. We did try to send another but presently like most companies, due to Covid, we all have limited products to supply service as we wait for new vehicles to arrive. We will fully refund your service, we hope you understand and have a great trip in Niagara Falls.

We scheduled a transfer from BUF airport to go across the Canadian border to Niagara Falls. The day of departure, I was notified by the company to confirm details (pick up at 10 pm) and received a follow up text from our driver, Ramon. Our flight was delayed and delayed and delayed. Throughout the evening, Ramon assured me he would be there. We finally arrived at 2:30 am!!!!!! And Ramon WAS there with a smile on his face and a friendly hello. He was AWESOME. He took us across the border and to our hotel with ease. A+++++++++. I would highly recommend!!!!!!
