My flight from LA to Chicago was delayed as such I missed my connecting flight from Chicago to Buffalo Niagara. I called the transport/transfer company as soon as I got to Chicago O'Hare airport after learning that the airline needed to re-book me on an alternative flight, and reschedule the pick-up time from 3:30pm to 11:30 pm.

My transfer turned up 1 - 1.5 hours late, at around 12:45 am..

The driver was extremely kind, and he informed us that he was called in at the last minute for this job as a favour (he was not even working for that transport/transfer company!). I place the blame entirely on the transport/transfer company, especially when I had informed them of the change 9 hours prior to my scheduled arrival time.

Thank you for your feedback! We've heard back from the tour operator concerning this reservation. The tour operator has said that the second flight for this reservation was delayed as well, causing the client to arrive later than expected. They assure us that they can handle many different size groups, last minute or delayed trips, and they strive to take care of any delays as quickly as possible. If no vehicles are available, we do our best to get a vehicle there as promptly as possible, even if it is through a partner company. We hope this information helps!

Our driver was great. He was at the airport when our flight arrived and was easy to find. He gave us details about the area as we were driving to the hotel and stopped to let us have our very first look at the falls. It was a nice ride.
