Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible and extremely rude and incompetent. Our driver was over 30 min late and we were advised multiple times that he would be here within 5 minutes. Total lies and was yelled at by their dispatch for asking where our driver was. Don’t they understand people have flights to catch? Don’t ever book with them. Horrible horrible. Uber is way better.

It was not made clear where we were to have met the driver and it was more than several minutes before we figured out where we needed to be to get picked up. However, our driver was very pleasant and accommodating and got us to our hotel.

Driver met us at the luggage area. Lincoln town car nicely maintained. Comfortable ride to hotel in Buckhead. We arrived late and near midnight. Was very happy we chose this option which was not not expensive.
