Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/minivan

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We had to search for our driver and found him after 20 minutes search.
He then charged us an extra 9 20 for road toll charge which we do not think should have been added to our prebooked prepaid fare. Very disappointing!

The Limo did not arrive.they said they are stuck in a traffic jam and do not know when they will arrive. Please credit my account.

I took another taxi from the airport who brought me to my hotel in no time and charged including tip 25 and not 48.61.
