Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle/minivan

Driver was right thee when we arrived so no waiting. Car was very clean and roomy. We where going on a two week cruise and had a lot of luggage and the car fit all the luggage well. Driver was very nice knew the route to Cambridge well.and got us there much quicker than we expected. Very good overall experience.

It was very convenient and nice to have our ride waiting for us at the airport. The vehicle provided was also very nice and clean. However, the driver was a bit pushy when it came to leaving gratuity and we had to pay an extra fee for the airport or something that wasn't already included in our fare. Kinda odd - but this still beat a taxi by far.

We had to give the car company our flight information the day before our arrival on June 7, 2017. You would think they would check the flight status if they were booked to pick someone up from the airport. When we called after picking up our luggage from baggage claim we were told because we were early so it would be about 15 min. instead of 5 min. Thirty-five minutes later they showed up. The driver we had was horrible. He drove very fast in and out of heavy traffic in Boston and we were very uncomfortable. One of the other limo companies that were waiting at the airport to pick up people told us they had never heard of Carmel Car Service. We will never use them again!
