Issues from the beginning. Dispatch couldn’t reach the actual third party company that was doing the driving. When I finally got a driver the car was beat up and dirty on the inside. They had me meet them on a completely different side of the airport not what was stated as the pickup area in all the msgs previously.

The driver NEVER showed up and no one would answer in the Denver office ! I prepaid and also called 2 times to notify them we were delayed to assure this would not be an issue.
