We had to confirm our arrival by e-mail and telephone call. At no time were we told where the driver would wait for us or where we should go to meet him. The driver was not there when we arrived and after a long search we found that we had to contact him through a service which also provides taxis. It was a most unpleasant experience and caused a long delay after a long flight. We also had to pay another $15, a charge which was hidden in the small print. Never again will we use this service!
