  • The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan

Cancellation Policy

Ryan was able to all of our bags(5)in his Nissan Sentra. He was very friendly. We got to the hotel much quicker than using the shuttle.

Donā€™t waste your money. Just order an Uber when you arrive. I thought booking this service would make my life easier but it was more difficult. The drive didnā€™t answer our calls, the operator just kept transferring our call to the driver. The car we got picked up in was not a nice sedan it was dirty and the boot of the car was full of stuff that we had to put our luggage on top of. Definitely do not recommend. Was a waste of money and time.

This is not a meet and great service. Had to call the driver twice and waited around 20 minutes for him to arrive. Not to be recommended
