  • The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan

Chaotic. The link didnā€™t work to find the car. When I did manage to speak to someone they said theyā€™d waited and then gone. They would come back for an extra $30 dollars! After spending around Ā£180 for a one way transfer which is extortionate in any case, with three tired teenagers after an 11 hour flight this was poor. I could also hear the phone operatorā€™s colleague challenging what I was saying, including swearing about me, which I wonā€™t repeat here. I have booked lots of tours and transfers with Viator, but this is making me rethink who they are using on their books as third party partners.

So bummed. I first used this service in January and it was excellent. Now used it again yesterday and it was terrible, just as so many other reviews stated. No contact from driver, so I reached out to Carmel once I retrieved my luggage. Was on hold for ten minutes while they tried to contact the driver. Then got disconnected. Called again, back on hold, find out they canā€™t reach the driver. So I had to find other transportation which at LAX requires taking a shuttle to the ride share lot or taking a shuttle to the taxi area. LAX transportation is the worst and itā€™s extremely frustrating if you plan ahead to avoid that nightmare and then stand around for 20 minutes on the phone just to then having to face the nightmare after all. With a 50% success rate, I really canā€™t recommend them any longer.
