Terrible company with office in NY, so does not know LAX or how to plan for arrival times and traffic in LA. Poor communication. Insisted had all info but Did not look up flight # and so came to wrong terminal then charged huge waiting time and surcharge. Used 2 other services in 2 other cities this trip and no surcharge or waiting fees. This is the worse operator. Viator should stop contracting with it.

First I got a message in Viator to reach out to the company to confirm the morning of, I didā€¦the man I spoke to was horribly rude and unpleasant. At one point he was shouting into the phone in a condescending tone and at that point I asked to speak to someone else he said no and at that point I asked to speak to a manager. He said ā€œthere is no one available to meā€. We finished the conversation and to was not surprised to land later that night to no one there, no text message or email with directions. I called the number and was transferred and left on hold for over 15 min, I then borrowed my sons phone and called back and told they would transfer us to the dispatcher, which is where I was already on hold for. After we hit 20 min on hold, I hung up and called back, was told we would be transferred again, I asked to not be transferred and speak with a supervisor as it had now hit 45 min point waiting. I was put on hold and transferred to a supervisor to then tell me no one had been assigned and no one was available in Los Angeles to pick us up (at 5p). At this point we just requested a refund and I chose to take an Uber. The supervisor informed me he canā€™t give me a refund, that only I could REQUEST a refund and it would go under review. I will never book with this company again. I personally feel it all started with the man from the am who I spoke to. Obviously not a professional company.
