Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan
45 minutes waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time.

Cancellation Policy

Well they didnt turn up. - so much for there will be someone waiting with a board with our name on. Best bit a really kind lady from Delta Airways phoned the number on our booking but they denied all knowledge. Would never use them again stressful enough pretty poir when we paid then in full

We were not in the right location for airport pick up but he came to us when I told him my father had a walker. He was so kind.

DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP. Upon arrival, I called the toll-free number as per instructions. I was disconnected once. I called back then was transferred to the dispatcher. The dispatcher told me that I would have to call Viator and get my refund because they had no driver available for me. I was told that when I made the reservation that morning, they thought they would have a driver for me by 7pm.....but that "they could not get me a driver". No apologies were given. I ended up finding a taxi and used that at my transportation. Busy or and it's hired company in Memphis TN ---VERY disappointed. UNPROFESSIONAL business. C. Sirrine (customer)
