Very good service the driver was waiting as planned and helped with cases and was very informative about Memphis on the way to the hotel. the vehicle was much more luxurious than expected. Would certainly recommend this service.

I hope you have my previous rating that told you the whole transaction was a disaster. No one to meet us! No car to take us! Five people all over 80 waiting in the heat. Never again!!
