One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Excellent service! Dinner picked us up right away and was very nice. Luxury black large suv with plenty of room for 5 plus luggage.

Scheduled with this company weeks before our flight. Arrived in Miami with my 80 yr old parents and called the number for pickup as directed on the instructions only to be told they did not have our reservation. She connected me to another person who told me not to worry he would get a car to us ASAP. After being on hold for 10 more minutes he came back on saying we would have to find another transport. I confirmed that we would be getting a complete refund and he said no! Ended up calling an Uber. Will never use again. Will dispute with my credit card company! Terrible stress at the beginning of our trip!

Our Driver was Manuel. He was dressed professional and kept in touch until we met up. He was friendly and very pleasant. He made our ride very comfortable and safe. I really enjoyed the luxury transportation.
