Flight was delayed, so we were late through no fault of our own. Tried calling the number given for collection but no response. Ended up having to get airport customer services to call and they eventually got through. They said that driver had been there when our flight was due and we hadn't been there. I had to be very firm with the fact that our flight was delayed for them to still come and collect us. Unnecessary stress.

Nashville airport is pretty chaotic but I found my pick up spot eventually and car appeared shortly thereafter. Ride into hotel was fine.
