The driver wasn't waiting for us as we had to ring on arrival and my phone would not work in USA at first. Luckily a very kind passer by lent me hers and we managed to get through to car company but it was a complete farce. I have booked transfers all over the world and they have always been there waiting.

I booked a SUV to collect me from Nashville, then to be called and told they had no SUV's available and that would I accept a town car to which I said yes, then they informed me there would be a 2 hour delay so we said don't bother, our hotel then arranged a airport transfer with no issues. Certainly would no recommend.
