Not a good start to our visit to New Orleans. First mechanical issues on our plane caused a later arrival into NOLA, then the time we made up on the flight was lost due to the transportation service awaiting baggage for other customers. We ended up missing a reception event due to waiting well over 30 minutes to be picked up.

I booked transport to my hotel from the New Orleans hotel. My flight was an hour late but the driver was there waiting for me when I arrived. He was so pleasant! Can't recomment the service enough.
