We bought a round trip transfer. The service was excellent. The driver was right on time and called us a couple times to know exactly where he was and the time he would arrive. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out a number of different Resturants that were local hotspots. The ride was comfortable and the driving was smooth. On our return to the airport the driver was already waiting for us when we got to the pick up point. I would highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to New Orleans. Just an FYI to anyone using this for a round trip transfer, as of May 2019, you will only get one ticket that indicates a trip from the airport. There was no return trip date noted. Don't worry. They know when you arrive and when you return and will be there for both trips. Really happy with this service. We have been to NOLA several times, and will use this service on our next trip.

Our party of 5 used the transfer from the airport to the cruise terminal. Burton's Transportation was prompt (even though we had a 1-hour delay), the vehicle large and clean, and the driver was very professional and personable. Even including a pick-up at a nearby hotel, we arrived at the terminal quickly. And although there was quite a line at the front of the terminal, the driver knew he could drop us off in the rear, which had no line to enter at that time. Great experience, would use again!

I arrived in New Orleans from Michigan today for a girls weekend and the owner picked me up at the airport right on time! I booked online at 6 a.m. this morning and received a confirmation email right away! Very nice and clean vehicle and his personality made the 20 minute ride so enjoyable. We hope to use him all weekend..don't take a cab..call Burton Transit!
