This company failed to turn up at the agreed time, despite assurances that they monitor or flight they claimed they were not expecting us for a further 4 hours. We were flying from Los Vegas, fligfht time of less than 90 minutes.
We told them we were not prepared to wait and they are now refusing a refund.
We are also disappionted with Trip Advisors response and refusla to assist. We always assumed that buying through TRip Advisor afforded us some protection
