One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

I called the day before we arrived and spoke with Danny to confirm the pickup at 1 pm and he said he would be there but he wasn’t. I called him numerous times when we were outside and at 1st he didn’t remember talking to us. We were 5 people with lots of luggage. We were supposed to be picked up in a sprinter and instead over a half hour later 2 suv crossovers and we barely fit. I spent 200 and the suv that I was in was dirty and old and not worth 200. I could have rented 2 Ubers or taxis and saved money. Really upset

What a disappointment, arrived at San Francisco Airport , contacted Carmel Private Transfers customer Service . stating we had arrived and picked up our luggage! , contacted Carmel Private Transfers they said they could not get in touch with the driver (Silence on the Phone), they then said we will have to make our own way and contact Viator for a refund. Absolutely Flabbergasted with the response from the customer service rep, i will definitely not recommend this service to anyone. I would like a full refund and compensation for the poor service. Easy to book. Great communication by email/text. Driver was nice and on time, comfortable car. Made it easy to get from airport to hotel without any stress or hassles. Booked for return trip from hotel back to airport since everything was great.
