Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV

Driver was on time and very courteous. The car was clean and spacious. A very efficient service - would recommend this especially after an overnight 14 hour flight, we couldn't have asked for more.

Car and driver was very nice. Wait time from contact to tell driver we had arrived and collected our luggage to pick up was a little longer than expected.

A phone call on arrival established that our driver would be five minutes away, a charming chap then picked us up and rove us to our hotel giving us some tips about the city on route.
Very slick and well worth the money.
After our long journey, just what we needed.
