Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV

Driver established cell phone contact prior to landing pick up with minutes of confirming we had luggage in-hand. Clean sedan driven safely by kind, professional and courteous driver. Will book transfer back to airport.

We had to phone for our driver, and managed to sort out where to meet him. Not always easy when you arrive at a strange airport. The car was new and quite luxurious but driver not helpful. It was quite warm when we arrived but the seat my husband sat on had a heating element on which he was unable to turn of using the controls in the back. We complained to the driver who was very unhelpful saying that my husband should be able to adjust the control in the back. By the time we got to the hotel, he was so hot and bothered and was perspiring profusely, even though he opened his window. Not a helpful driver and a very unpleasant drive for my husband.
