Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

The service was awful, there is nobody expecting you at the arrivals exit, you have to make a call to tell them youre waiting. I arrived at San Franciscos airport, the dispatcher was in New York, she had no clue about SFO, they left me on hold for minutes, the calls dropped, I spent no less than 40 minutes in calls. After 40 minutes the car arrived, the driver was very kind, no complaints on that side, however, I would never purchase this again. While I was waiting the only thing I was thinking was Uber.
