Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

driver texted to let me know he was there. and then we got luggage he met us @ the door. gave us informative information on the way to hotel about the area. very pleased

Easy to book and to call the free phone number to let them know you have arrived, you need to know which exit door you will be at.

As said in e mail, the cab never turned up due to the fact they thought it was 1.50 am pick up time when even on the booking form they sent me it says pick up time 1.50pm and flight lands at 13.50pm with flight number.
