Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV

Unfortunately although the flight arrived on time there was a considerable hold up at
immigration. Probably because there were several flights from abroad arriving at the same time.
Which meant I had to wait an hour before I could pick-up my suitcases.
Perhaps you should have some contact with airport authorities when you have international arrivals.
Also we were not permitted to use our mobiles till after passing customs!!
Your driver was polite, the car was clean and after that hassle, he got me to the city quickly.
Much better than taking a normal taxi.

The driver was friendly and polite and the car was spacious and comfortable, but the process of getting picked up was ridiculous. After you book with Viator you need to go to the car company's website to register your details, then 24 hours before your transfer you need to phone to confirm, then when you collect your bags you need to call again for them to come and meet you. All these instructions are on the Viator voucher. I have never had to phone for a transfer before. It is really inconvenient when you are an overseas visitor and need to use your mobile on international roaming.
When we collected our bags and called to be collected I waited 5mins on hold before even speaking to someone and then it took 20mins for the driver to arrive to collect us.
I have never had such a difficult time with an airport transfer! As I said, the driver was fine, the car was comfortable, but the whole process was way too difficult.

Driver wasn't there when we arrived and we needed to call many different numbers to find out what was going on. Driver was apologetic when he arrived and had a nice vehicle.
