Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV

I asked for a meet and greet at the airport and ended up in searching te driver all over the terminal.
Since I couldn't find the driver I had to make an international call with my non US cellphone to ask what went wrong. After that call a driver was sent to me at the curb.
The driver itself was great, but the system Viator/Carmellimo.... I will NOT be using it again!

Our driver Oliver was very punctual considering our arrival time. He was very clear on the meeting point. And he was a fine guide through the streets of San Francisco on the way to the hotel. He'd explained a lot of thing that was useful to know for visitors like us and place to visit too. Thanks Oliver

Arrived san Francisco tried to ring contact number given in confirmation document after eventually getting through was advised that this company no longer did pick ups for viator and advised I rang an alternate number which I did and eventually arranged a pick up after a wait of about 30 mine
Transfer was then swift and friendly, but overall a disappointment after a long journey
