Viator I just want to say, you guys were excellent here. Thanks for the very speedy action on this one. So where do we start. We had booked for 3 passengers, two on one flight and one on another. When my husband and I arrived in SFO we contacted the transfer people, informed them that two of us were here and we were waiting for the third (20 mins off). No problem so far other than we had to use our mobile phones at $4 per minute because there are no airport phones for use! So, 3rd passenger arrives, ring them again (prob $40 wasted at this point in calls to them) arrive at hotel and the driver has the cheek to charge us $40USD for a waiting fee at the airport!! You have to be kidding me.
I had to wait for the driver to arrive at the airport despite having informed the arrival time of the flight.
Called from UK day before to confirm arrival details as requested. Informed driver would be waiting at baggage reclaim with name card. He was not. Checked outside. No limo. Called company. Told it was my fault for not telephoning. Limo arrived hour after we did.
