Several of the trips we booked for our California tour seemed to require reconfirmation, something we had not been required to do before. The airport transfer was one of them so we were worried on arrival at SFO that our car was not there. Luckily, it seems the transfer company was used to this happening as we called them immediately we had mobile service and they sent a driver within minutes. It would be useful if it could be made clearer when reconfirmation is required in future.
The phone number to contact the driver at the airport was not in service. Called the 1-800 number and after 20 minutes they finally contacted the driver to pick us up. The ride and the limo was fine, however did not appreciate the hassle to contact the limo service.
Had to call after picking up luggage, waited too long at curb. Driver was pleasant on the ride into the city but when we arrived he handed me showed me the voucher with area indicating that the tip and tolls was not include in the pre-paid fee. He would have gotten larger tip if that would not have happened.
