Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV

-After confirming flight details 24 hours prior to our pick up we were asked to call again once we had our luggage. Not wanting to incur long distance charges we tried using the pay phones $16.00US credit card usage only???
-We figured out there were phones by the limousine stand once we were on the arrivals level.
-We were told all charges were included but had to pay extra airport/toll charges???
-We are seasoned travellers and chose this service to avoid the hassles like the ones mentioned.
