Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

had booked a private pick-up so as not to wait and get to our hotel quickly. As it turned out we waited for half an hour after ringing the company to tell them we had arrived and collected our bags. With San Francisco airport there is no waiting for taxis so when we arrived on the next leg we organised no pick-ups and got a cab within a minute-a great cab driver.

This transfer was not at all what we expected on arrival we had to ring the company to make contact with our driver and we were informed that 15dollars was to be paid to the driver for what I do not know as in our contract it was stated that all tolls and charges was already included in the price and the journey itself was quite short and the same amount had to be paid on the transfer back to the airport. We had no problem with the driver he was very courteous and helpful but we will not be using or recommending Carmel limos again.
