One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

Prompt and courteous service. Operator was helpful and directed us to the location for pick-up and our driver was there in about 5-10minutes after calling. No problems, very professional, direct service to hotel.

My major problems were that despite me giving the flight info to the company, when the flight was delayed, they still showed up and charged me for waiting. Couldn't they check? And then when my bags did not arrive, the driver had to turn around a few times and then he charged me for that!
